Bowing Oaks is one of our absolute favorite venues and Jess + Paul’s wedding was a dream! The design was oh so gorgeous- the peach and ivory is a refreshing summer option. We’re thinking this theme should be called peach paradise! What do you think?

Bouquets: Light peach spray roses, pinky peach roses, white garden roses, astibille & lisianthus, paired with seeded eucalyptus and greenery. We added miniature framed photos of Jessica’s departed family members. SO sweet.
Ceremony: We flanked the front of the aisle with large arrangments and accented some of the aisle chairs with delicate yet bold greenery arrangements. We love the design, it was so pretty!
We made a lush greenery garland accented with peach roses and babies breath that was draped /partially wrapped the large oak.
Reception: We love a statement piece, and we were able to deliver with this wedding! We created a hanging ladder trellis above the family style head table with amaranthus, peach roses and babies breath. It also had lightbulb style clear votive holders suspending (AMAZING)- really elevating the dining by candlelight ambiance! For the centerpiece arrangement, we created a greenery & floral garland to run down the center. The round guest tables had low arrangements with either peach roses, babies breath & greenery in silver vases or a collection of clear vases + candles and greenery accents at the base.
Kayla and Brian’s wedding at The White Room was such a beauty! We love soft, timeless color palettes, so of course, we were tickled to design these mostly white florals!

Bride and Bridesmaids Bouquets: Roses upon rose with hints of lisianthus. The sweet little silver balls are brunia berries- they are such a fun addition and one of the only “grey” options available for a bouquet (another great choice is Dusty Miller). The thistle & seeded eucalyptus added beautiful organic movement and just the tiniest hint of whimsy. A modern, classic!
Ceremony Flowers: We added two large arrangements on the side of the wood arch. They were made with hydrangea, roses, snapdragons and greenery. We love making big statement pieces like these.
Reception Centerpieces: Simple and sweet! A variety of pretty wood and silver-toned lanterns surrounded with babies breath and greenery.
Cake: They had an adorable monogram cake topper that we accented with fresh florals. We also added sprigs of fresh floral clusters (roses + seeded eucalyptus) on the edges of each tier. It was a stunning cake without the florals but it was exquisite once the crisp white + ivory flowers with greenery were added!
Alicia and Brandon’s Treasury on the Plaza wedding day was so incredibly glamorous! The red, blush and white color palette was romantic and rich. The wedding had no shortage of dramatic decor and we loved it!

Bouquets: Roses, roses and more roses! We used several varietals, including garden and spray in three colors- red, dusty blush and white. Adding tons of greenery textures- mostly silver dollar and seeded eucalyptus.
Ceremony: Lots of rose petals & candles lined the aisle. The altar space was defined with two large arrangements on pillars.
Reception: We created low sight-line centerpieces in circular gold vases. We used lots of roses & greenery (can you sense the theme?!) and also included mums to a “fuller” look. The script font wooden table numbers were placed in the center.
Cake: This display was so amazing! If you follow our social media or blog, you can probably already tell we love fresh floral toppers on a cake! So having three cakes to adorn made us so happy! The four-tier middle cake was a stunning focal point! The cascading design of the flowers and greenery on the white buttercream was incredibly luxurious and elegant. The two cakes that flanked the main cake each had a unique floral accent- adding beautiful depth to the overall design. We dare to say this was one of our favorite cake designs to date!
So excited to share this little sneak peek with you of Travis & Brooke’s River House Wedding in downtown St. Augustine. We were SO nervous about the rain but thrilled that they were able to host the outdoor ceremony they had hoped for. We’ll share more shots soon, but for now… enjoy!
Design Details:
Ceremony: We crafted a greenery garland for the cross, which worked beautifully with the soft draping.
Bouquets: All white (out fav) with roses, hydrangea and ranunculus, several types of foliage and seeded eucalyptus.
Boutonnieres: White spray roses with lots of greenery. We LOVE how these turned out!
A little sneak peek of a recent wedding at the Ponte Vedra Inn & Club! We’re in LOVE with this colorful spring design. Can’t wait to share more with you in the coming weeks 🙂
Shari + Doug’s One Ocean Resort Wedding was so cool! It’s not every day we get to see men in skirts (okay, okay, we know they’re KILTS), and it tickled us so! Their beachside Scottish wedding was simple and beautiful- with the focus on their vows and the gorgeous natural scenery. The occasion was complete with a bagpiper too!
Fantasy Floral Details
Boutonniere: Scottish thistle with seeded eucalyptus and greenery. LOVED this design so much!
Bouquets: For Shari, all blue hydrangea. For the maids & flower girls, all white hydrangea.
Corsage: A wristlet cluster of creamy white roses. A classic!
Much like you, we often take to Pinterest and Instagram to find the latest and greatest wedding trends. Although we like to think we’re already a little ahead of the curve, sometimes we need a photo or two to explain our design ideas, as well as to provide a visual for a general theme or overall ambiance. Many of today’s most popular wedding trends come from large metropolitan areas here in the US and many come from abroad. We find there is usually a six+ month delay for trends to reach us in Florida. Some of that is because it’s harder to get materials here, sometimes it’s simply because we may not have a venue or vendor that can deliver “the goods” quite yet.
All that said, we have some great ideas for your wedding ceremony decor! Your ceremony is the launch point for your marriage! Your MARRIAGE and vows are THE most important part of the day. Without the ceremony, there isn’t technically a wedding now, is there?! So we believe that your ceremony should be amazing. From the words you tell each other, to #allthefeelings you’re sharing, to the kiss. The ceremony is SO very special. And we want it to be as spectacular looking as it is feeling.
Here are our top tips (and inspiration) for making this important part of the wedding ceremony really visually memorable.
Entranceway:
Say WOW with a statement piece or a subtle “come hither” grouping. We love a large statement arrangement on either side of the walkway area. This is also a great place for a suspended option- think handing greenery, a large floral & crystal chandelier, or cascading floral arrangement. A cluster of lanterns or candles work great too.
This is a non-negotiable in our book! You must direct your guests! Adding a floral or greenery flourish to your signage really elevates the look. It’s a great way to incorporate added color too. Be it mirrored, wooded, vintage window, acrylic (a new favorite of ours) or chalkboard, don’t leave it naked!
Don’t forget to define this space! And we’re not just talking about adding an aisle runner or rose petals. We’re talking about defining your entrance, roping off the aisle, and decorating the chairs. This is the most important walk of your life. Make it the prettiest too! We love large arrangements, doorway arches, and fabric at the front of the aisle to really say “hello, here I am!” We also love when each chair has some kind of accessory- be it a hanging arrangement, a hand-tied bouquet, a sprig or greenery or single stem, your chairs, like your signage, should be dressed!
If you could only pick one or two ceremony spaces to accessorize with florals, THIS is it! We’re obsessing over moon arches (aka circular arches/arbors), but love anything that says “please get married beneath me!” Ha! We also adore a flower wall! From twig arbors to full floral arches, we want your vows and first kiss to not only be incredible but for the photos to look fabulous too! This IS the backdrop for the entire ceremony and the area should be defined accordingly! Of course, take your venue into consideration (a church, for example, is more suited for large arrangments on pillars than a moon arch). But also don’t be afraid to go bold. We promise it won’t be a distraction!
With all the wedding planning decisions, it’s easy to get overwhelmed by choices. We’re here to help you make the best ones you can about your florals & design. Questions? Ask away!
Mary & Kevin’s whimsical wildflowers were so very beautiful at their Epping Forest Yacht Club wedding! We love when a couple wants something a little different, and these two definitely did! It was cozy, organic, down-to-earth… and complimented their overall ‘natural’ theme perfectly. Although it isn’t pictured here, they even had a petting zoo! It was SO neat! We loved their vision and think it came together beautifully.

Bouquet + Boutonniere: To give it a “wildflower” feel, this bouquet was composed of lots of Waxflower, as well as white hydrangea & three foliage varieties, including mint and rosemary.
The bridesmaid’s bouquets were made of lavender, mint, rosemary & other greenery foliage. They smelled SO good!
Centerpieces: Hot pink/fuschia Stock, waxflower, caspia, and greenery with accents of mint!
