Rebekah Marie and Alex’s World Golf Hall of Fame Wedding
Rebekah and Alex’s ceremony was held at the Beautiful World Golf Hall of Fame. One of the things I love about this venue is that they offer everything in one spot which makes it easy for the guests. There are various locations for the ceremony, reception and also the rehearsal dinner.
The ceremony was held overlooking the iconic pool of unity, which Sarah Hedden Photography captured a great shot of below. This cutie patootie couple is so adorable and their smiles are contagious.
The bride and bridesmaid’s bouquets were loosely arranged with a variety of blush roses, larkspur and mixed greenery. I personally love the texture in these bouquets and the roses are gorgeous.
One thing that is great about having shades of blush as opposed to just one color is that they stand out nicely against the bridesmaid’s dresses. That is something to always keep in mind when choosing floral colors. Even the greenery helps break up the colors nicely.
The Groom and Groomsmen’s boutonnieres had a single blush rose with greenery. I really love the classic tuxes with a subtle pop of color which looks good on it’s own and also ties everything together when combined with the other florals, dresses and decor.
Ahhh we are to my favorite part… the aisle. This was so beautiful for many reasons. First the softly patterned scarves added a blast of personality, Secondly the scarves were bought while Rebekah was on vacation with her bridesmaids which is super special and Thirdly they added movement to the aisle as the soft breeze blew through. Always, always, always incorporate things that are personal and special into your wedding day, those are the things that make the decorations memorable. The ceremony arrangements were a mixture of roses, hydrangeas, larkspur, babies breath, caspia, orgonia, myrtle and ivy. The classic style of the arrangements complimented the overall vibe of the ceremony.
Below is a great shot of how the flowers overall frame the whole event, the groomsman’s boutonniere, the bridesmaid’s bouquet and the ceremony arrangements. Also it is worth noting that the flowers added a great backdrop without obstructing the beautiful view and can be reused at the reception later.
Oh my goodness!! All this cuteness!!! Look at her shoes… The ring bearer and flower girl making their exit.
I absolutely adored the streamer exit, So Fun!! My cat Ruby would have loved this!
Rebekah chose to have half the reception tables decorated with a low centerpiece and half with a tall centerpiece. The reception was held at the Sheraton, Deerwood which has tall ceilings and having a mix looked awesome.
The laser cut butterfly boxes were a really nice touch. Each one had a LED votive in it so they looked really whimsical and fun.
You can see the boxes a little better in the picture below. The centerpieces had a few shades of blush roses, white hydrangeas, purple caspia, babies breath and mixed greenery. The tall centerpieces were placed on top of a clear vase which allowed the flowers to shine.
…and as always the throw bouquet has the Fantasy signature long ribbon tails.
